The value of tmnxLudbRadproxCacheServiceName specifies the name of the
VPRN service of the RADIUS Proxy server whose cache this row is
referring to.
              
An empty value means either
- that the RADIUS Proxy server is not specified
 (tmnxLudbRadproxCacheServer is empty), or
- that the RADIUS Proxy server is in the Base router instance
 (tmnxLudbRadproxCacheServer not empty).
