A row in this table contains the LSP id information about an LDP
interface or targeted peer.
            
Row entry can be only created if there is corresponding targeted peer
entry in vRtrLdpNgTargPeerTable.
            
Row entries can be created or deleted via SNMP SET requests. A row is
created by setting vRtrLdpNgTargPeerLspRowStatus to 'createAndGo'
provided the corresponding LSP id exists as an MPLS lsp. A row entry
can be destroyed by setting vRtrLdpNgTargPeerLspRowStatus to
'destroy'.
