The value of vRtrLdpNgTargPeer32BitLsrFormat specifies whether to use 32-bit address as source Label Switch Router identifier (LSR-ID) to establish a targeted LDP adjacency with a LDP peer. This value can be only be set to true if vRtrLdpNgTargPeerLsrIfIndex is set to non-zero value and vRtrLdpNgPeerAddressType is ipv6.
