virtual router.
            
Entries can be created and deleted via SNMP SET operations to
vRtrLdpNgStaticFecRowStatus.
            
An entry is created by setting vRtrLdpNgStaticFecRowStatus to
'createAndGo'.
            
An entry is deleted by setting vRtrLdpNgStaticFecRowStatus to
'destroy'.
