Use of AUGMENTS clause implies a one-to-one dependent relationship
between the base table, vRtrLdpNgGeneralTable, and the augmenting table,
vRtrLdpTargTable. This in effect extends the vRtrLdpNgGeneralTable with
additional columns. Creation or deletion of a row in the
vRtrLdpNgGeneralTable results in the same fate for the row in the
vRtrLdpTargTable.
