remote peer supports traffic exchange for IPv6 P2MP FECs. When the
'ipv6P2MPFec' bit is not set in object vRtrLdpNgHelloAdjPeerCapRecv,
this will be 'true'. Otherwise, it will be value sent by the peer LSR.
