The value of vRtrLdpNgHelloAdjBfdStatus indicates the BFD operational
status for LDP hello adjacency.
              
If the value of vRtrLdpNgHelloAdjBfdStatus is 'noService', BFD is not
enabled for LDP hello adjacency. If the value of the object is
'outOfService', BFD is enabled but it is down and not running. If the
value of object is 'inService', BFD is enabled and it is running.
