Use of AUGMENTS clause implies a one-to-one dependent relationship
between the base table, vLdpNgSvcFec128OutLblTable, and the augmenting
table, vLdpNgCepTdmFec128OutLblTable.  This in effect extends the
vLdpNgSvcFec128OutLblTable with additional columns.
            
 Creation or deletion of a row in the vLdpNgSvcFec128OutLblTable results
 in the same fate for the row in the vLdpNgCepTdmFec128OutLblEntry.
