vRtrLdpStaticFecNHRowStatus is used to create, delete or control
entries in the vRtrLdpStaticFecNHTable.
              
An entry is created by setting vRtrLdpStaticFecNHRowStatus to
'createAndWait' or 'createAndGo'. Before the row can be placed in the
'active' state, vRtrLdpStaticFecNHType must be set to a valid value.
              
An entry is deleted by setting vRtrLdpStaticFecNHRowStatus to
'destroy'.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
