If vRtrLdpStaticFecNHType is set to 'ipAddress' or
'ifNameAndIpAddress', the value of vRtrLdpStaticFecNHIpAddr specifies
the IP address of the next-hop. In this case, this variable must be
set to a valid value before the row be placed in an active state.
              
If vRtrLdpStaticFecNHType is set to 'pop', this value of
vRtrLdpStaticFecNHIpAddr will be 0.0.0.0
              
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
