The value of vRtrLdpSessLoopDetectForPV indicates whether loop
detection based on path vectors is disabled or enabled for this LDP
session.
              
If this object has a value of disabled(0), then loop detection
is disabled.  Otherwise, if this object has a value of enabled(1),
then loop detection based on path vectors is enabled.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
