The value of vRtrLdpServFecNumOutLabels gives the number of labels
that have been received from the peer associated with this FEC. This
value also indicates which of the following vRtrLdpServFecOutLabel1
thru vRtrLdpServFecOutLabel5 entries contain valid information i.e. if
the value of vRtrLdpServFecNumOutLabels is 3, then
vRtrLdpServFecOutLabel1, vRtrLdpServFecOutLabel2 and
vRtrLdpServFecOutLabel3 will contain valid label information.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
