The value of vRtrLdpServFecNumInLabels gives the number of labels that
have been sent to the peer associated with this FEC. This value also
indicates which of the following vRtrLdpServFecInLabel1 thru
vRtrLdpServFecInLabel5 entries contain valid information i.e. if the
value of vRtrLdpServFecNumInLabels is 3 then vRtrLdpServFecInLabel1,
vRtrLdpServFecInLabel2 and vRtrLdpServFecInLabel3 will contain valid
label information.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
