The value of vRtrLdpPeerTemplRowStatus specifies the row status of an
entry in vRtrLdpPeerTemplTable.It is used to control the creation and
deletion of rows. A row can be created by setting
vRtrLdpPeerTemplRowStatus to 'createAndGo'. A row entry can be
destroyed by setting vRtrLdpPeerTemplRowStatus to 'destroy'.
