The value of vRtrLdpPeerPMTUDiscovery specifies whether path MTU
discovery is enabled for this LDP peer.
              
When the value is set to 'true', path MTU discovery is enabled for
this LDP peer. When the value is set to 'false', path MTU discovery is
disabled.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
