A row in this table contains the LSP id information about an LDP
interface or targeted peer.
            
Row entries can be created or deleted via SNMP SET requests. A row is
created by setting vRtrLdpIfLspRowStatus to 'createAndGo' provided the
corresponding LSP id exists as an MPLS lsp. A row entry can be
destroyed by setting vRtrLdpIfLspRowStatus to 'destroy'.
