FECs either sent to or received from an LDP peer known to the Virtual
Router. The CEP/TDM Sub-TLVs are defined in RFC 4446:

0x0B            TDM Options
          
In 13.0 this table has been replaced by
TIMETRA-LDP-NG-MIB::vLdpNgCepTdmFec128InLblTable,
TIMETRA-LDP-NG-MIB::vLdpNgCepTdmFec129InLblTable.
