The value of vRtrLdpAdjBackoffStatus indicates whether or not the
entity is in backoff state. If this value is 'true', then the entity
is in a backoff state and if the value is 'false' then the entity is
not in a backoff state.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
