The value of vRtrLdpAddrFecNumOutLabels gives the number of labels
that have been received from the peer associated with this FEC. This
value also indicates which of the following vRtrLdpAddrFecOutLabel1
thru vRtrLdpAddrFecOutLabel5 entries contain valid information i.e. if
the value of vRtrLdpAddrFecNumOutLabels is 3, then
vRtrLdpAddrFecOutLabel1, vRtrLdpAddrFecOutLabel2 and
vRtrLdpAddrFecOutLabel3 will contain valid label information.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 10.0.
