the remote LDP peer is capable of sending Flow Label in its pseudowire
packet.
              
The value of vLdpServFec129RemoteFLTxCapblty is 'true' when the remote
LDP peer is capable of sending Flow Label and the value is 'false'
when the peer is not capable of sending Flow Label in pseudowire
packet.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
