that have been received from the peer associated with this FEC. This
value also indicates whether vLdpServFec129OutLabel1 entry contain
valid information i.e. if the value of vLdpServFec129NumOutLabels is
1, then vLdpServFec129OutLabel1 will contain valid label information.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
