The value of vLdpServFec129NumInLabels gives the number of labels that
have been sent to the peer associated with this FEC. This value also
indicates whether vLdpServFec129InLabel1 entry contain valid
information i.e. if the value of vLdpServFec129NumInLabels is 1 then
vLdpServFec129InLabel1 will contain valid label information.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
