The value of the object tmnxIsisSummUpaMatchRouteTag specifies a
32-bit integer tag to limit the UPAs to the subset of summary member
prefixes that are advertised with the tag.
              
A value of 0 indicates that the tag has not been set.
              
The value of tmnxIsisSummUpaMatchRouteTag is only valid when
tmnxIsisSummAdvertiseUnreachable has the value 'true'.
