The value of tmnxIsisSrMultiTopologyMt2 specifies whether Segment
Routing is enabled for IPv6 routing topology (mt2).
              
If the value is 'false', no MT2 Segment Routing is enabled and ISIS
will not program sr-mpls tunnels for MT2 ipv6 routes.
              
If the value is 'true', ISIS will program sr-mpls tunnels for MT2 ipv6
routes.
              
ISIS can only program MT2 sr-mpls tunnels when MT2 ipv6 routes are
available, i.e. if tmnxIsisMultiTopology and
tmnxIsisMultiTopoIPv6Ucast are configured.
