routing metric for a backup route.
              
The semantics of this metric are determined by the routing-protocol
specified in the route's ipCidrRouteProto value.
              
The value of tmnxIsisRouteNhBkupMetric is only valid when
tmnxIsisRouteNhBkupFlags has a value of 'hasLfa'.
