The value of the object tmnxIsisRouteNhBkupFlags indicates the
presence or absence of LFA next-hops.
              
The value 'none'  indicates that no next-hop is present;
the value 'hasLfa' indicates that an LFA next-hop is present in addition
to the regular next-hop.
