protocol will submit routes into the multicast Reverse Path
Forwarding(RPF) Route Table Manage(RTM).
              
When tmnxIsisMulticastImport has a value of 'true', ISIS protocol
submits routes into the multicast RPF RTM and when it has a value of
'false', it does not.
