Object
The value of the object tmnxIsisIfDelayNormalization specifies whether
the interface supports delay normalization.
If the value is 'true', a normalized delay value is computed and used.
The normalized delay is based on the measured delay, the
tmnxIsisIfMinimumDelay and tmnxIsisIfDelayToleranceInterval.
If the value is 'false', the measured delay is used.
