ISIS protocol will submit routes into the unicast IPv6 Route Table
Manage(RTM).
              
When tmnxIsisUnicastImport has a value of 'true', the IS-IS instance
submits routes into the unicast IPv6 RTM, and when it has a value of
'false', it does not.
