authentication of CSNP packets is enabled or not.
              
When tmnxIsisCsnpAuthentication has a value of 'true', authentication
of individual ISIS packets of CSNP type is enabled.
              
When tmnxIsisCsnpAuthentication has a value of 'false', authentication
of CSNP packets is suppressed.
