for IS-IS.
              
When the value of tmnxIsisAdvertiseTunnelLink is set to true LSP
shortcut advertisement into IGP is enabled and when
tmnxIsisAdvertiseTunnelLink is set to false LSP shortcut advertisement
into IGP is disabled.
