exclusively by IS-IS traffic engineered traffic.
              
Normal IS-IS traffic specifies metrics values between 1 and 63.
Wider metrics are needed to support traffic engineering.  See
vRtrIsisLevelWideMetricsOnly description for more details..
              
The value '0' means not configured.
