The value of vRtrIsisIfCsnpInterval specifies the interval of time, in seconds, between transmission of Complete Sequence Number PDUs (CSNP). If the value of isisCircType for this interface is 'broadcast' and this router is the designated router on a LAN, the default frequency is ten seconds. if the value of isisCircType for this interface is 'ptToPt', point-to-point, the default frequency is every five seconds.
