ICMPv6 packet-too-big messages are generated by this IPsec tunnel.

packet-too-big messages are not sent.
              
When the value of tmnxVRtIPsecTnlIcmp6Pkt2Big is 'false (2)', it must
be set in the same SNMP PDU as tmnxVRtIPsecTnlIcmp6NumPkt2Big and
