Certificate Status Verification (CSV) that is used to verify
revocation status of the certificate of the peer.
              
This value must be set in the same PDU as tmnxIPsecGWCSVPrimary if the
value of tmnxIPsecGWAdminState is equal to 'inService (2)'.
