type of tIPsecTsListRmtEntryMinAddr.
              
The values of tIPsecTsListRmtEntryMinAddrType and
tIPsecTsListRmtEntryMaxAddrType must be the same.
              
This value must be set in the same SNMP SET PDU as
tIPsecTsListRmtEntryMinAddr, tIPsecTsListRmtEntryMaxAddrType and
tIPsecTsListRmtEntryMaxAddr.
