The configurations of tIPsecTsListRmtEntryMaxAddr and

This value must be set in the same SNMP SET PDU as
tIPsecTsListRmtEntryMinAddr, tIPsecTsListRmtEntryMinAddrType and
tIPsecTsListRmtEntryMaxAddrType.
