The value of tIPsecClientDatabaseRowStatus specifies the status of
this entry. It is used to create and delete row entries in
tIPsecClientDatabaseTable.
In order to delete an entry, tIPsecClientDatabaseAdminState must first
be set to 'outOfService (3)'.
