Object
The value of tIPsecClientDBClientRowStatus specifies the status of
this entry. It is used to create and delete row entries in
tIPsecClientDBClientTable.
In order to delete an entry, tIPsecClientDBClientAdminState must first
be set to 'outOfService (3)'.
