The value of tIPsecClientDBClientLAAIp6SvcN specifies the service name
whose virtual router provides reachability to the
Local-Address-Assignment DHCP server address configured in the
tIPsecClientDBClientLAAIp6Srvr object.
              
In order to specify a virtual router, either
tIPsecClientDBClientLAAIp6SvcN or tIPsecClientDBClientLAAIp6Rtr must
be configured to a non-default value.
              
When both objects are default, remote user tunnels will fail to
acquire the addresses from any of the Local-Address-Assignment DHCP
server.
