The value of tIPsecClientDBClientLAAIp4Pool2 specifies the name of the
secondary IPv4 Local-Address-Assignment pool associated with this
IPsec client.
              
The secondary pool will be used when all addresses in the primary pool
(tIPsecClientDBClientLAAIp4Pool) are assigned.
              
When tIPsecClientDBClientLAAIp4Pool is not configured,
tIPsecClientDBClientLAAIp4Pool2 also cannot be configured.
              
When tIPsecClientDBClientLAAIp4Pool is configured,
tIPsecClientDBClientLAAIp4Pool2 cannot be set to the same value as
tIPsecClientDBClientLAAIp4Pool.
