The value of tmnxIpfixExpPlcyColSrcAddrType specifies the address type
of tmnxIpfixExpPlcyColSrcAddr.
              
When setting the value of this object, the value of
tmnxIpfixExpPlcyColSrcAddr must be set as well in the same SNMP SET
PDU.
              
The only value supported is 'ipv4'.
