the source address for this group range. Whenever a (*,G) report is
received in the range specified by vRtrIgmpSSMTranslateGrpAddr1 and
vRtrIgmpSSMTranslateGrpAddr2, it is translated to an (S,G) report with
the value of this object as the source address.
