The tmnxIfGroupHandlerProtoEntry contains information pertaining to an
individual Interface Group Handler's operational state.
Rows in this table are created and destroyed by the system, and can
not be created or deleted by SNMP SET operations.
A row exists for every supported protocol for each Interface Group
Handler entry.
