tmnxDot1agCfmMepSvcId, tmnxDot1agCfmMepFacilityIfIndex,
tmnxDot1agCfmMepFacilityVlanId, or tmnxDot1agCfmMepFacilityType is
non-zero. When this object is applicable (non-zero), the above objects
MUST be set to zero (0).
