MEP. A row exists for each row in the dot1agCfmMepTable, and is
destroyed automatically with the removal of a row in the
dot1agCfmMepTable.
Results from a two-way SLM test are reported in
tmnxDot1agCfmMepSlmTestRsltTable with the tmnxDot1agCfmMepSlmTestType
set to 'twoWayTest (2)'.
