The value specifies the SRv6 policy endpoint address to be used when
the value of tIPvXFltrEntryActAction is 'forwardSrv6Plcy'.
The default value indicates that no IP address is specified.
The non zero value of tIPvXFltrFwdSrv6PlcyEndptAddr must be set
together with non zero values of tIPvXFltrFwdSrv6PlcyEndptAddrTp, and
tIPvXFltrEntryActAction value 'forwardSrv6Plcy'.
Note that the value of tIPvXFltrFwdSrv6PlcyEndptAddr is silently
cleared by the system if the value of tIPvXFltrEntryActAction is set
to any value other than 'forwardSrv6Plcy'.
