The value of the object tIPvXFltrEntryActEntryId specifies the entry id of the entry to which this filter action belongs. The filter entry must exist in tIPFilterParamsTable, if the value of tIPvXFltrEntryActFltrType is 'ipv4' or it must exist in tIPv6FilterParamsTable if the value of tIPvXFltrEntryActFltrType is 'ipv6'.
