included in DIAMETER Gy CCR messages.
              
disabled : do not include this AVP in the DIAMETER Gy CCR message;
auto     : let the system chose the value based on the value configured
           in tmnxDiamApGyVendorSupport;
esmInfo  : include subscriber-id, sap-id, sla-profile;
id       : include a unique 32 bit integer value.
