The value of tmnxDADCBtStSvrAddress specifies the IP Address or DNS 
name of the bootstrap server. If the IP address is an IPv4 address, it 
must be specified in the a.b.c.d dotted-decimal notation. An IPv6 
address must be specified as defined in RFC1924.
